Reach Out was formed in early 2001 to deal with the growing heroin problem in North Wiltshire.
We are a voluntary organisation and our workers are all volunteers. We offer support to families, friends and carers of people who have been affected by substance misuse.
Reach Out offers guidance and advice to people up to the age of 25 who may have a problem with their own or another's drug use.
